Note: The following pdf documents are only SAMPLES of the crystal reports.
To install the ACTUAL reports please follow these instructions:

1. Click here to download the crystalmag.exe self extracting file
2. For Internet Explorer users: Select the option: Save this program to disk and click OK
3. From the Save As windows SELECT DESKTOP and click SAVE
4. Minimize or Close your browser
5. Find the happy face on your DESKTOP and double click on it
6. Click the OK button
7. Click the Unzip button
8. Close the Win Zip screen by clicking the upper right corner button with the x
9. Log in to FACTST and run your reports. Navigation: Forms and Reports/Crsytal Reports

  Demo Report Report Description
casemstd.pdf   Cases Filed by date range (detail).- casemstd.rpt
The report provides a list of cases filed within a specific date range.
The report provides case numbers, case titles, filing dates, case types and case status.
casemstt.pdf    Cases Filed by date range (totals).- casemstt.rpt
 The report provides the number of cases filed within a specific date range.
The report lists a count by case type and by judge. It also lists the number of voided cases.

Case Notes by case number range.- casenote.rpt
The report prints the case number, the text of the case note and the date of the note.
casevent.pdf  Cases with a specific event code by event date range.- casevent.rpt
The report provides a list of cases by date range in which a specific event code has been docketed. The report lists the case number, case title, case status and event date.
By selecting a specific event code the report can provide various types of information (reopen cases, etc.).
charges.pdf  Charge Codes Table (sorted by description).- charges.rpt
The report provides a list of the charge table description in alpha order.

The report provides a list of the charge codes in numerical order.
civlab.pdf
Civil folder labels - civlab.rpt
The report pulls the case number, party names, participant ID numbers, and the assigned judge by selecting a specific date or a date range.
events.pdf   Event descriptions list (sorted by description).- events.rpt
The report provides a list of event codes and event descriptions within a specific event code range numerically.
events2.pdf  Event descriptions list (sorted by event code).- events2.rpt
The report provides a list of event codes and description within a specific event code range by description.
foldlab.pdf Folder labels (criminal ).- foldlab.rpt
The report pulls the case number, party name (defendant) participant ID number, the assigned judge, the officer and agency name by selecting a specific date or a date range)
voidreceipts.pdf Voided receipts.-voidreceipts.rpt
The report provides a list of voided receipt within a specific date range.
